• All items are ironed and handled in a clean, pet-free and smoke-free environment.
• Customers are responsible for dropping off and collecting their clothes or bedding from our Kingsbury (NW9) location at a mutually agreed time.
• Items should be brought in a bag or laundry basket. There is no need to sort or count items in advance unless you wish to do so.
• Payment for services is required upon collection, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
• Where hangers are provided, items will be returned hung, unless folding has been requested. Other items will be carefully folded.
• Customers are asked to check all garments before bringing them to us and inform us of any special care instructions or delicate fabrics.
• While every care is taken with all items, we cannot accept responsibility for items with pre-existing damage, weak or delicate fabrics, missing buttons, colour fading or stains that cannot be removed during normal washing or ironing processes.
• Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of collection.
• In the unlikely event that an item is damaged while in our care, compensation will be offered up to a maximum of £30 per item.
• We aim to complete ironing within 48 hours and laundry or laundry with ironing within 72 hours, depending on workload.
• Our service operates Monday to Friday. Drop-off and collection times are arranged individually with each customer.
• Orders can be placed by phone, text message, email or by using the contact form on our website.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Items should be collected within 30 days of this notification. After this period, items may be subject to a storage charge or may no longer be held.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are excessively soiled, contaminated, or unsuitable for standard laundry or ironing processes.
