• All items are ironed in a pet and smoke free environment.
• Payment of your ironing is required upon delivery.
• Any items for which hangers are provided will be returned hung unless you have requested otherwise. All other items will be folded.
• If a customer is not at home at the mutually agreed collection or delivery time, we reserve the right to charge £8. (Please state if your items are to be left with concierge). If we have been instructed to leave your items with concierge when delivering, we hold no responsibility thereafter.
• Any losses or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• An the unlikely event of any garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum £30 per item.
• Please note that we recycle our hangers, and would appreciate it, if they are returned to our driver when you have finished with them.

Collections and Deliveries in London

• We do collection and delivery in the evening between 6pm to 10:30pm.
• We work from Monday to Friday, our office is open on Saturday as well.
• Ironing we do in 24h, washing/washing and ironing we do in 48h.
• You can do order by phone, text message, email or by form on our website.
• Please just leave your name, full address, contact phone number and day when do you need collection. Delivery cost £4.90 or if your give us over 40 items for ironing then delivery is free.
• Orders made before 5pm we collect on the same day, after 5 pm- next working day.
